NEET 2018 Forms likely by end of Jan: Here is the list of regional languages the exam would be conducted in

New Delhi: Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE is expected to release the notification for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET 2018 soon. The online applications forms for NEET 2018 are expected to be made available on the official website of NEET by end of January 2018. Students interested in applying for the examination are advised to check the official website regularly for updates. In all probability, the online application forms for NEET 2018 would start by end of January 2018. The tentative date for the release of NEET 2018 notification is January 31, 2018. Here is a list of regional languages the exam may be conducted in.

As per the information bulletin of NEET 2017, the test would be conducted in English, Hindi and 8 other regional languages namely Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Oriya and Kannada. Also, as per the updates, NEET 2018 may be also conducted in Urdu. This, however, is not confirmed and would only be available when the NEET 2018 notification is released. All students should note that apart from Hindi and English, the option of regional languages would only be open to students applying from that particular state. For example, a student can choose for Gujarati language only if he/she is appearing in NEET 2018 through Gujarat centres. A student who has shown his domicile as Assam cannot, hence, opt for the regional language if he/she is appearing for NEET from Assam. The option of Hindi and English would be available to all.
